I came to Richard as I am new to visiting a gym and didnt really know how to exercise or where to start. I met Richard for the first time at 6am and was impressed that he seemed a lot more awake than me. We sat down and went through my aims and what I wanted to achieve. Rich also gave me details about my body type, and took measurements etc. We also went through my poor diet and lifestyle. I then arranged to undertake a number of weekly sessions to help me understand how to exercise and what to do. In the sessions Rich showed me the exercises and pushed me to ensure I got the maximum benefit out of each session and I can confirm that the next day I felt it. I particularly liked the fact that Richard took the time to explain how my body and muscles worked and explain how the exercises I was doing would help. What I found impressive about the service I received is that Rich made himself
available to help in any way possible at all times. He gave me his phone number, email address and social media details and said to contact at any time if I wanted any help or had any questions. In addition to this I had regular texts asking how things were going and checking if I was keeping up with my training. I have been following the training programme I was given for a few weeks now and have to say I have made good progress. I feel much better about myself and have more energy and a feeling of general wellbeing. In conclusion I have been very impressed with the service I have received and would highly recommend Richard to anybody who wants to see results. He is a nice guy and gives a good service.
Rich at Twin Peaks Fitness has helped me a lot in many ways, I have just started to get into improving my fitness as a way of losing weight and tackling health issues, Rich has helped me develop a training programme to get me on my way helped me understand the different ways in which I can improve my fitness aswell as improving my core strength and toning up. My support from Rich hasn’t stopped there with him providing me with nutritional advice for my own specific goals and making the gym and fitness feel achievable and a lot less daunting. I find Rich very approachable and friendly and know that I can ask him about anything and gain support from him. I fully recommend his services to everyone and can honestly say I wouldn’t be improving my health or fitness if it wasn’t for him
I’ve been having weekly PT sessions with Rich for about three months now and if you want a muscle-bound meat head, who’s going to bark instructions at you and make you feel bad about yourself, then don’t use Rich! Rich is a nice, normal guy who demystifies all the clap trap around health, fitness, nutrition, and those pesky machines at the gym! He has a way of getting the best out of you, whilst also making gym sessions fun! My goals are weight loss and fitness, to improve my cycling. I’d been cycling for 2 years, but not managed to lose much weight, or improve my fitness to the level I wanted. Using the nutrition plan that Rich developed, weekly PT sessions and my cycling training, I’ve lost 30lbs in 14 weeks and have so much more strength on the bike. I look forward to losing another 30lbs with Rich’s help. I have no hesitation in recommending Rich as a PT.
Rich has such a great way of motivating me during and outside of PT sessions. His coaching and support on mindset especially in terms of thinking positive to achieve results has been Georgina. Over the years I have had many personal trainers and he is by far the best! Highly recommended. Thank you Rich.
I have known Rich for about 5-6months, he comes across as a lovely and clam person. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, always has time for you. When I entered the gym I had no clue what I wanted to do, Rich sat me down asked what I (underlined) wanted to achieve and continued to help me in my quest (which I am still trying)!!! He always has time for me no matter what time of day and always has an answer! I will continue to use him and would have no hesitation in recommending Twin Peaks fitness.
