Rich has been working in the industry for over 10 years and has helped 1000’s of people just like you get back into the body and mind that you deserve.

Working with clients of all ages and background, he has been able to adapt plans for home or a gym environment, as well as the ‘tricks of the trade’ to get your diet back on track without feeling deprived.

Working as a Sports Therapist for the last 8 years also allows him to work around and improve injuries that would normally set people back.

FAQ

I put weight on in Lockdown and feel unfit, unhealthy and disappointed. I let myself slip, will this be too hard for me?
In short, no. We will start you slow but get you results fast. Our team have successfully coached hundreds of local residents to success with their health and fitness, and we can help you too.
What if I haven’t exercised in a long time or not at all?
Everyone gets a tailored approach, so regardless to if you’re new to exercise or someone who just needs a boost the plans will work for you.
What results can I expect to get at the end of the 8 weeks?
There is no golden answer for this, however expect to feel more energised, more focused, more confident and strong. You will get what you put into it – The tools will give you the best advantage and we will help you every step of the way to get the best results you can achieve.
I have a pre-existing injury, I don’t want to make it worse or have any setbacks.
Our background as Sports Therapists, we have worked with 1000s of people with back issues, joint issues as well as medical issues such as diabetes – Our tailored approach will take into account.
What if I can’t make it into your facility for sessions?
No problem at all! We can write up your plans for home workout with as much or as little equipment as you have.

I met Rich from doing Les mills Grit classes at my local gym and I was impressed by his ability to motivate the class. Rich is so motivating, knowledgeable and fun. He pushes you further each week, he knows exactly how to get the results whether it’s working out or foodwise…no workout is the same as the one before, he really does keep you on your toes ensuring you don’t get ever bored.
