Rich is energetic, inspiring and a consummate professional. His approach is all at once positive and motivational and entirely personalised to suit your needs. In the first two weeks with Rich I lost seven pounds from the personalised diet plan alone. Much of my training with Rich has been in outdoor spaces (parks & fields etc.) and he has worked hard to deliver a training programme to help me achieve my ideal level of fitness. He has been patient and encouraging when I've performed to a less than ideal standard and always focuses on the next step, quickly tailoring our sessions to suit my ability based on his considerable knowledge. Indeed, Rich is very well informed regarding nutrition as much as which exercise routines achieve the best results, and has a fantastic understanding of what foods can help to achieve best results (be it potential for breaking down certain fats or value as a low carb/high fat option as part of a Keto Diet).
