I've been having weekly PT sessions with Rich for about three months now and if you want a muscle-bound meat head, who's going to bark instructions at you and make you feel bad about yourself, then don't use Rich! Rich is a nice, normal guy who demystifies all the clap trap around health, fitness, nutrition, and those pesky machines at the gym! He has a way of getting the best out of you, whilst also making gym sessions fun! My goals are weight loss and fitness, to improve my cycling. I'd been cycling for 2 years, but not managed to lose much weight, or improve my fitness to the level I wanted. Using the nutrition plan that Rich developed, weekly PT sessions and my cycling training, I've lost 30lbs in 14 weeks and have so much more strength on the bike. I look forward to losing another 30lbs with Rich's help. I have no hesitation in recommending Rich as a PT.
