After using 2 different PT’s, and having NO success, I decided to try Rich at twin Peaks. I met Rich from doing Les mills Grit classes at my local gym and I was impressed by his ability to motivate the class. I have been using Twin peaks for my personal sessions for a while and the knowledge he has with nutrition and training is excellent. always available to give advise, even out of hours. I would highly recommend 🙂

Rich has such a great way of motivating me during and outside of PT sessions. His coaching and support on mindset especially in terms of thinking positive to achieve results has been Georgina. Richard Priest is an inspirational coach who not only looks after your physical fitness and encourages you to do more than you think you are capable of but he has helped me emotionally since my husband passed away.
Rich is a very friendly and professional trainer who has spent a lot of time making sure he knows all of the latest coaching and nutritional advise available. I have been training with him for 15 weeks now and my weight is coming off well, my fitness, mobility and flexibility and improved greatly. As a secondary effect my confidence is greatly increased. I came to Richard as I am new to visiting a gym and didnt really know how to exercise or where to start. I met Richard for the first time at 6am and was impressed that he seemed a lot more awake than me. We sat down and went through my aims and what I wanted to achieve. Rich also gave me details about my body type, and took measurements etc. We also went through my poor diet and lifestyle. I then arranged to undertake a number of weekly sessions to help me understand how to exercise and what to do. In the sessions Rich showed me the exercises and pushed me to ensure I got the maximum benefit out of each session and I can confirm that the next day I felt it. I particularly liked the fact that Richard took the time to explain how my body and muscles worked and explain how the exercises I was doing would help. What I found impressive about the service I received is that Rich made himself
available to help in any way possible at all times. He gave me his phone number, email address and social media details and said to contact at any time if I wanted any help or had any questions. In addition to this I had regular texts asking how things were going and checking if I was keeping up with my training. I have been following the training programme I was given for a few weeks now and have to say I have made good progress. I feel much better about myself and have more energy and a feeling of general wellbeing. In conclusion I have been very impressed with the service I have received and would highly recommend Richard to anybody who wants to see results. He is a nice guy and gives a good service.
Rich is energetic, inspiring and a consummate professional. His approach is all at once positive and motivational and entirely personalised to suit your needs. In the first two weeks with Rich I lost seven pounds from the personalised diet plan alone. Much of my training with Rich has been in outdoor spaces (parks & fields etc.) and he has worked hard to deliver a training programme to help me achieve my ideal level of fitness. He has been patient and encouraging when I’ve performed to a less than ideal standard and always focuses on the next step, quickly tailoring our sessions to suit my ability based on his considerable knowledge. Indeed, Rich is very well informed regarding nutrition as much as which exercise routines achieve the best results, and has a fantastic understanding of what foods can help to achieve best results (be it potential for breaking down certain fats or value as a low carb/high fat option as part of a Keto Diet). I could not recommend him highly enough.
For those people who only ready the top line…I wanted results and got them with Rich at TwinPeaks. I have been working with Richard from TwinPeaks for little over 2 months now, initially I just wanted to see what I could do in 2 months with Richard on my case and getting me doing the right things. Straight out of the blocks Rich got my diet sorted out and gave me some great advice about how and when to exercise to achieve my goals. About 1 month in to the programme I quickly realised my goals were far too easy using Richard’s plan and working as hard as possible during our sessions. I was getting the results I wanted and I was getting them quickly. I had to revise my goals to be far more ambitious and I am well on the way. If you follow Richard’s guidance and stick to it, when you put the work in you simply can’t fail to get where you want to be. And with Rich along side you’ll have fun doing it.
Needless to say I’m on board indefinitely and enjoying a level of fitness I’ve not seen for years
I felt very relaxed immediately around Rich Priest. He made me feel at ease and his personally made him feel like a friend. He asked me in advance what I would like to work on or concentrate on. He gave me diet advice and made sure I worked to my best ability. He was punctual and flexible with times to suit me.
Rich has been my PT for the last couple of months. Rich is friendly, knowledgeable and really easy to work with. I feel really comfortable with Rich, he listens to what I want to personally achieve and is helping me to reach that goal., both physically and through his advice on diet. I would certainly recommend!!
